Processing time is estimated to be between 3-5 business days for most orders.  We love to exceed expectations, so orders can often be ready and mailed in just a day or two. 

For large or bulk orders, processing time will be longer. We will contact you directly if we think that processing your order will take longer than 3-5 business days, and we'll establish a reasonable time frame with you so you know when to expect your order's arrival.

We offer free shipping for all orders in the USA over $50.
For domestic orders under $50, we use standard USPS calculated shipping rates by default. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package, and the distance it travels.

All products are shipped from Melbourne, Florida.

As a general rule, the shipping time for most orders will be between 2-4 business days for USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail.

We make sure to use a generous amount of bubble wrap and take special care when packaging our products to reduce any risk of damage during transit.  If your order arrives with any damage, please reach out to us at info@rootshellplanters.com with documentation of the damage and we'll send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
